1. Booking and Payment

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, or bank transfers.

2. Check-In / Check-Out Policy

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days prior.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid causing any damage to the property.
  • Any damages will be charged to the guest’s final bill.
  • No illegal activities or conduct disturbing other guests will be tolerated.
